Ms. Jeffs is a founding partner of Fladgate Exploration Consulting Corporation of Thunder Bay, Ontario, the largest, full service, mineral exploration consulting firm in Northwestern Ontario. She has over 20 years of mineral exploration experience in gold and base metal exploration with junior and major resource companies including Placer Dome and Goldcorp. Ms. Jeffs is also a director TomaGold Corporation and was a director of Kesselrun Resources Ltd. which was bought by GoldX2 in 2025.Brian Gusko

Brian Gusko has an MBA from the University of Calgary, and attended the European Summer School of Advanced Management. Mr. Gusko has over 15 years’ experience in capital markets and has helped raise over $75 MM for various enterprises. He has served on the board and as Chief Financial Officer of various private and public companies. Mr. Gusko has assisted with the interlisting of over 10 companies on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and has helped numerous companies access German capital markets. Previously Mr. Gusko was Chief Financial Officer of private and public companies. The last company he helped take public on the CSE had a market capitalization of over $200M at the time of listing.
Michael Thompson, P.Geo
VP Exploration, Director
Mr. Michael Thompson, P.Geo, is a seasoned geologist with over 25 years of mineral exploration experience, and is a founding partner of Fladgate Exploration Consulting, the largest, full service, mineral exploration consulting firm in Northwestern Ontario. Mr. Thompson specializes in structural interpretation of gold deposits and has both gold and base metal exploration experience with Teck Resources, Placer Dome and Goldcorp. He holds an Honours B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Toronto and is a professional geologist in good standing registered in Ontario. Michael has previously held various positions with both public and private companies, most notably Kesselrun Resources which was bought by Gold X2 in 2025. Michael currently holds management and board positions with Red Metal Resources Ltd.
John Da Costa
CFO
John has 30 years of accounting experience managing and reporting for Canadian public companies, 10 years with US public companies. John worked with a Canadian public company operating in Chile in the late 1990s and has experience with Chilean subsidiaries. He is the founder and president of Da Costa Management Corp., a company that provides management and accounting services to both public and private companies in the US and Canada since 2003.Cody McFarlane

Based out of Santiago, Chile, Cody is managing partner of Axiom Legal, an international and multidisciplinary law firm specializing in cross border transactions between Australia, Canada and Latin America. Cody brings extensive experience in the mining and regulatory environment in Chile.
Matthew Parent

Matt Parent is a proven entrepreneur with 35+ years of business experience in business strategy, and operations, having founded and successfully developed businesses, including in the transportation and logistics industry. He has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Windsor, and an accounting degree from Athabasca University. In addition, he has the Canadian Securities Course, his Dealer Representative course from Investment Funds Institute (IFSE) of Canada, and he is enrolled in the Officers, Directors, and Partners course with IFSE
